Defined vs Axiom (2026): Fees, Chains, Perps, Predictions and Mobile
Defined and Axiom compared for 2026: spot trading fees, supported chains, Hyperliquid perps, Polymarket, wallet tracking, and iOS and Android apps.
5 min read
Defined and Axiom are both trading terminals that put charts, token discovery, wallet tracking and one-click trading on one screen, and both have added Hyperliquid perpetuals and Polymarket prediction markets next to spot. The difference is in where each one starts. Axiom is a Solana-first web terminal built for speed on new launches. Defined is a multi-chain terminal with the same spot, perps and predictions coverage, plus sports markets, a mobile app on iOS and Android, and a Telegram bot.
This comparison was checked in October 2026 against Axiom's own docs, linked under Sources. Check them for the current schedule before you trade.

Where Axiom is strong
Axiom is tuned for the Solana launch meta. Pulse shows new pairs and migrations in real time, the Tweet Monitor and Trader Scan surface the social signal around a token, and the buy and sell buttons are designed to be pressed within seconds of a launch. If every trade you make is a Solana memecoin in its first hour, Axiom's defaults fit that workflow.
Axiom's fee is tiered by trading volume. Its docs list a net fee from 0.95% at the entry tier down to 0.75% at the top tier, paid back as SOL cashback, and a further 10% discount for users who sign up through a referral link. Its perpetuals carry a 0.01% Axiom fee per transaction on top of Hyperliquid's. It also runs a points and rewards program.
Where Defined is strong
Defined's spot fee is a flat 0.50% per trade with a $0.25 minimum, and it is the same on Solana, Ethereum, Base, BNB Chain and Robinhood. You do not need to climb a tier to get it.
Defined covers more markets from the same account and USDC balance: spot on five chains, Hyperliquid perpetuals, Polymarket prediction markets, and sports markets with live games alongside their odds. Order types go further than market and limit: stop orders and recurring (scheduled) orders are built in, limit and stop triggers can be set as a price or as a percentage from the current price, and orders show as draggable lines on the chart (how limit orders work on Defined).
Defined is also where it is most different from Axiom in form factor. The iOS and Android apps carry charts, trending, trading, your portfolio and push alerts for price moves. The Telegram bot (@defined_bot) answers token lookups, tracks wallets and trades from any chat, and turns tokens posted in a group into a scan feed you can follow in the app.
Market data is wide as well as deep. Defined shows live data for 70+ blockchains and 50M+ tokens through the Codex API, so the token you were sent on Arbitrum or Tron still has a chart and a holder list even where trading is not enabled.
Discovery and trending
Defined's trending has no paid placements and no ads. Axiom's docs do not say either way. On Defined, trending, filters, launchpad tracking and token risk verdicts (scam, high risk, caution, verified) are free whether or not you trade.
Mobile and Telegram
Axiom is a web terminal, and we found no iOS or Android app. Defined is a web terminal plus native apps on the App Store and Google Play, plus a Telegram bot. If you need to check a position or take a trade from your phone, that is the clearest practical difference between the two.
Verdict
Choose Axiom if you trade Solana launches almost exclusively, want its Pulse and social monitoring tools, and trade enough volume to reach its lower fee tiers.
Choose Defined if you want one account for spot across Solana and EVM chains, perps, predictions and sports, a flat 0.50% spot fee from day one, stop and recurring orders, and real iOS and Android apps with a Telegram bot alongside the web terminal.
